Assembly Gin is a savory, garden-driven gin inspired by the freedom to gather, speak our truth, and demand better. Rooted in our founding team’s Italian heritage, it brings together locally grown tomato leaf, olive leaf, basil, oregano, fennel, bergamot, and sustainably sourced Eastern Red Juniper. The result is lush and botanical, with warm citrus, fresh garden greens, and a subtle sweetness.

Dissent Gin was created in 2022 as Roe v. Wade was being overturned, inspired by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her belief that dissent itself can be an act of revolution. Drawing on the flavors of the Jewish delis of RBG’s Brooklyn hometown, Dissent combines pepper, allspice, bay leaf, ginger, citrus, and hickory smoke for a warming, savory gin with bright mandarin and lemon and a lingering smoky finish. Proceeds from every bottle benefit the National Network of Abortion Funds, helping people access the abortion care they need.
